Looks like a lot of work. I've done three curries for one dinner and know its tough.

Would have loved some close-ups! Something tells me there isn't much left  ::)

How do you do your Pasanda? That's one I haven't seen posted here under BIR curries.

Thanks Haldi,

My Malaysian friends preferred the beef vindaloo, which I actually made in a more traditional way and cooked it in the oven (it's more like they are used to I guess).

I personally preferred the madras - because I prefer hot curries.

My wife preferred the pasanda - because she prefers mild curries.

I actually like a bit of everything! Perfect!  :P

Lot of work had to have been done their CA looks good.  One thing I have tried and never managed to pull of is a decent tasting beef curry, never turns out very good.

Ditto  C K, I always use lamb for my meat, which means lots of preparation faff, and quite of lot of wastage (which the dog seems to like!), as we don't like all the nasty sinuey bits!

The Beef Vindaloo was probably similar to their Beef Rendang and thats why they prefered it. Must say, all looks very nice indeed.
