Now that CA, is what I think a Jalfrezi should look like.  Whats your slant on using chicken or lamb tikka? as that's what I usually order at my local BIR

Certainly, go for it!  I also love all the traditional BIR dishes with tikka in place of ordinary meat (e.g. "chicken tikka phal", etc).

It's going back a bit now, but it would have been my own curry base (any decent base will do) and my own jalfrezi recipe.  I'll post the Jalfrezi recipe soon .......
