I am not in to mega-hot curries these days so I rarely make them, but one of my customers has asked me to make him a Chicken Phall.
So I have made one with the UCB, Fried tomato base, 2 tblsp Ginger Powder, 2 tblspn Garlic Powder, 4 tblsp of hot Chilli powder, and half a jar of Nagar chilli paste. I have just tasted a little bit, and managed to say 'Oh shi....' before my tongue seized up :-[ I will report back and let you know his opinion, if he survives that is :o ::) ;D. Must go to the docs now to have both ends repaired ;) :( :'(

Where do you get the Naga Paste CP?
I need some!

Naga paste is sold in jars in the indian shops. Usually under the name Mr. Naga
I grow my own nagas and usually freeze them, but this year made some into a chilli sauce. You don't need much of it!

Last year I grew scotch bonnets and Naga's at my allotment, on one stage I decided to cut open a couple of naga's {for seeds next year } but couldn't find my surgical gloves which I use for these purposes. Needless to say at one stage I developed an itch in a very predominately personal body area, and without thinking scratched them :o :o :o and subsequently had to hose the said area for half an hour and walked home like John Wayne. {leason learned I think } ::) ::). :'(

Hence the phrase ' get offa yer hoss and drink yer lassi' ;D ;D

I have just been out for a pint and asked the man if he had tried his Phall. He has had a quick taster and thinks it is the Bee's whotsits and will demolish it tomorrow night. Which means i shall not know the result untill I return from hols. Good job I have business insurance eh? ;D. I will post the recipe in full if anyone wants it (assuming that the Troll - customer - survives).

Very funny indeed spicysarsy. Somehow I can imagine your the type that cooks with the fag in the mouth (with a big bit of ash about to fall off) throwing in a little bit of this and a little bit of that into the pots and a quick sneaky "scratch" when required (http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c192/nairbs/happy0188.gif)

Hmmm....
It ain't no joking matter (mutter?) this - I have had the same problem with chillies of the nuke heat variety and once spent over an hour and a half with me tackle in a pint glass of cold water (changed every few minutes for colder) - But I hope you won't tell anyone this.
It sure dont help your love life!
