Just to round off National Curry week and National Seafood week.
I came up with this one for an early Tea.

Quality Golden crumb scampi, well seasoned with salt and fresh lemon juice.
Served with a spicy red pepper naga sauce.

Couldn't agree more.

Re the breaded scampi: had some from the freezer the other night.

Brilliant Scooby Snack with some home-made kebab/pakora dips! :)
