OMG!!!! That all looks amazing!
(Think you might need a bigger plate/bowl ;))
The naan is probably the best I have seen. Just as I like (nice and crispy) but light as you like.
Awesome food!! :o
:D
Well, I don't do "awesome" and I don't do yellow rice, but I have to say that is one of the nicest looking curries I have ever had the pleasure of admiring on this forum. If it tasted one half as good as it looks, then I am extremely jealous !
** Phil.
Cheers phil, loup, it was an amazing curry, any hotter and I don't think I would have eaten it all. I love Friday night curry club , 2 or 3 of us get together , drink too much beer, listen to some top tunes and experiment with all things curry, following no recipes at all. Beautiful. Forgot to mention it was made with a new base that I made yesterday afternoon, a nice simple one that a good friend helped with, and it turned out very nice indeed
Superb looking grub Andy.
I have my fork in hand MA that looks great :)
Lovely curry Andy. Naga bhuna me thinks. Getting hungry just looking at it. Keep them coming!
Rob :)

Oh I've been there a few times. The comination of pain and endorphin rush is a heady mix indeed. :o
Lovely naan too. But don't you know they taste different when cut! Naans are finger food, they have to be torn. ;D
That does look appetising but it would definitely be to much for my temperature buds.
Wow that looks amazing
can you say what your mix powders are......the recipes for these.....

The naga masala powder intrigued me so I Googled a bit and found this...looks interesting: http://www.theasiancookshop.co.uk/naga-masala-seasoning-naga-jolokiabhut-jolokia-seasoning-powder-8932-p.asp (http://www.theasiancookshop.co.uk/naga-masala-seasoning-naga-jolokiabhut-jolokia-seasoning-powder-8932-p.asp)
It'd be nice to know exactly what Madrasandy used though
Hi SS that looks the same packaging but rebranded with the cookshop, the one I got was from chillies on the web via their ebay store http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ghost-Pepper-Naga-Masala-Seasoning-/121197407299 (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ghost-Pepper-Naga-Masala-Seasoning-/121197407299)
I did have a word with my mate about cutting my nan bread with a knife and he brought my kitchen into disrepute so now he is unfortunately banned for life!!!
Hi john the naga masala is a bought one as in the link above, and the mix powder is just one out of cupboard, I can post the mix up when I have access to my cupboard if you want, but any will do really , the full recipe was "a wing it " curry based on chilli heat and pushing our heat tolerance.
Gav Iscon you should man up!!!, haha

Oh that's a good link. Their P&P is reasonable enough that I can buy just one packet of something like some chipotle I was looking for. Thanks.
Have you bought anything else from them...are they good quality?
The quality was superb, the aroma from the bags was very fragrant, very fresh . That was the first time I have used them but will definately be using them again, I think they supply other places, the link you supplied looks very much like the bag I have , I will check later
You can do better than that, Andy.
The rice looks a bit stuck together - naan is more like a pizza and the curry is brown, get your act together man.
