Title: Chef's Handi Special
Post by: Kashmiri Bob on August 27, 2013, 10:00 AM
Lamb bhuna, on the bone.  Served with a boiled basmati rice stack, and garnished with slit red/green chilli, black cumin, land chopped coriander. Vindaloo hot.

Stunning as always Rob.

Tell me you didn't do that on the camping stove.

1 kg of mutton mix cooked for 2 h 45 mins on a Coleman sportster running on aspen chain saw fuel.  Somewhat precarious balancing the pot on top, but luckily I got away with it.  A good 4-5 portions sorted.

I thought their chainsaw fuel was pre-mixed with 2-stroke oil; do they also sell a 4-stroke (unoiled) variant ?
