Garam Masala Recipe (150g):

25g Cloves
25g Black Peppercorn
10g Mace
25g Green Cardomom - inner seed
25g cinnamon
25g whole black cardomom pods
5 star anise
5 bay leaves
1/2 nutmeg- crushed into small pieces
25g coriander seeds

Place all ingredients into a coffee grinder or dry blender and grind into a fine powder; store in an air tight container away from direct sunlight.
