The best no-bake treat for everyone. You can also make them veggie by replacing the mini marshmallows with chopped fruit and nuts instead!

Steps

1
Done

Cut aligned a 20cm square tin with nonstick baking paper.
For melting the chocolate: Use heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water (don’t let the water touch the bottom of it); stir until smooth, then remove and set aside.

2
Done

Add ginger, marshmallows and unchopped fruit and nut mix in a mixing bowl and pour in the chocolate.

3
Done

Mix with a wooden spoon until just combined. Take it out and pour into the prepared tin .

4
Done

Sprinkle over the chopped fruit and nuts. Finally chill in the fridge for 2 hrs to set, then use a warm knife to cut into 16 squares.

Enjoy!

I love to put my heart into every meal, as I know it makes the dining experience just that much better for the customer. I desire to grow in my career or even an opportunity to make a difference in this interesting website. To handle and stay calm despite an overwhelming number or variety of orders. I like watching TV ,studying books and taking courses. Good chefs are always improving their skills. Let the manager know how you’re becoming a better cook!
