For me the best chicken tikka recipe is blade1212's recipe posted in April 2006 it is called "Chicken Tikka - better than the BIRs"...and it is.

I will second Blade's Tikka and CK's Chicken Tikka Masala (though I'm still fiddling that one, its 90% there).
