Hi Mark - welcome mate - any pics to accompany the curries would be great to look at

Its always great to have blokes cooking - mind you i make a real mess (splashes etc from the initial hot oil g/g spices etc)  but great results

300 ml base gravy (I use 3 ladles)

Just had this again  CA's chicken ceylon - the second day it is absolutely awesome!!

I had a portion refrigerated from yesterday - microwaved - with some rice - all the flavours infused together - what a fantastic dish

Everyone should try this - even if you don't have quite a sweet tooth (less sugar for some)

CA you are a star!!!!! Love this dish - it tasted too sweet to start but after the first mouth full of succulent chicken a WINNER! I added some shredded  coconut and some to garnish and i used pre-cooked chicken only because i was making other curries
