Its nearly the same way as i do our base sauce - except i probably boil it a bit quicker
I put in the onions and bits of veg with oil and start the boil down in its own juices really, with a spoon of salt after about 20 mins of stirring the stuff in, the onions are all transparent etc etc then goes in the boiling water and spices and cook for another 40 mins
liquidise then ready to use... how ever i very rarely use it straight away i let it go cold then reheat it even a couple of times then use it

I posted earlier - WHY DOSENT SOMEONE TRY AND CONTACT JULIAN AND INVITE HIM ONTO THE SITE - after all he is striving to make curries like the rest of us -  I cant seem to get a PM through to him on youtube!

Has anyone tried to PM Julian - i cant seem to get through to him on youtube - might be something to do with the powers at B here in Thailand - STRAIGHT  contact with the guy would work the best i reckon - i just cant get onto him - so if someone else could we would all know all - and What about inviting the guy to the forum????

I WISH HIM THE VERY BEST WITH HIS VENTURE - I know how hard it is to get going and with everyone tastes NOT the same - it can be a pain in the arse!!!

Excuse me if this has been discussed before but i couldn't find any relevant info - has anyone tried bulk up by ratio ie; if you want to make 30 madras has anyone increased the recipe by 30 and got good results or do the spices etc not increase by ratio?

What is everyones favourite tandoori chicken pieces
ie: leg with bone in
Thigh with bone in
Breast with bone in
obviously slashed down to the bone marinated etc etc - just wondered what the favourite bits were
