Ok, I'm going to go for both if I can printout. There have been a few nice piccies recently of recipes from book 2 (Bengali bob, mostly!), so I'll give it a go, along with book 1.

I was thinking of getting CBMs ebooks, but I have a query. Can you print them out? Surely it would be a pain to have your kindle/tablet next to your cooker and ingredients?

Acrabat - I think I heard the guy used to be on here but isn't any more.

A hint of scepticism from Chewy there, I see! I'm being honest Chewy, I don't think I can really tell the difference between this and a full boiled base. I used the last of the soup base tonight, and it made an excellent Madras. I will be making this quite often I'm sure, because it so quick and easy.

Double portions mostly for me. I just double everything, including spices, end result seems fine to me!
