Please , Phil wash your mouth out    , I used to love Chicken Chop Suey , Egg Fried rice all smothered in a sachet of their awful Soy sauce  ... It brought a little of Peking to a quiet Bournemouth suburb ( so I thought ! ) , those were the days ...

That 1st picture reminds me of the first few BIR curries I ate ( early 80's ) ... I love the different shapes and almost 'rustic-ness' of the chicken pieces .... makes my diced breast look a little dull . The sauce is a great colour and has a nice sheen to it .CA recommended to me to add 0.25 tsp of fenugreek powder to a vindaloo and although you omitted it on this occasion I agree with you ... it does add something. I like the flavour too !.

Well done again ... a nice bit of porn for the weekend !!

I would do exactly as you have outlined above being careful when reheating that the dish is completely piping hot throughout ... that's how I do it anyway

I can't wait for the first person to give this a go ( I'm dieting otherwise I would !  ) and reporting back , It looks different to the 'norm' recipe on here for sure and I can imagine it tasting great cooked to spec ... you couldn't tease us with a few pics Phil 

I'm going to try 0.5 tsp in my next curry just to see ... I made a family favourite chicken chow mein the other day and added MSG for the first time and everybody commented on how similar it was to the T/A .. that was the only change I made to my usual recipe.

Thanks once again Chris for a great vid .. I followed your chapati one to that letter and it was foolproof ... I'm awful at making naans so I'll be trying this as soon as I can ... the naans look great by the way !!
