All the keema naans I've had had what seemed to be red, extra fine blended, tandoori spiced lamb mince in them, much more finely ground mince than you'd get in a kebab; like Razor said you could imagine scraping it on with a knife or spoon, it's that fine.

Or precook your chicken in bitesize pieces for about 10 mins in boiling, salted water, make sure one piece of bigger than the others. Cut this piece in half to confirm that the chicken is cooked through.

I think you should be okay, Defenders regularly have non LR tyres. My mate put some Czech army ones on his which were the size of tractor tyres.
