That must of took all day and alot of hard work
I done a similar thing a few ago for about 6 people
Starting from with the base at 7am then finishing making the dough for the naans at 6pm  Guests arrive at 7
I can understand about the last dishes getting a bit tired sort of at the curried out stage and the mess
and you took pictures as well

could be some space where you put your bin with shelving above may be

As you say the only downside is the size
I didnt think it could help my curries but then you think of a marinated leg of lamb  or chicken cooked in one then finished off in the tandoor say no more

Such negative comments are not welcome . CBM has an obvious passion for curries which he has shared on the forum with his videos
Some people would think why bother but I'm sure CBM is a bigger man than that (especially after making all those curries  )
I also have the book it's worth at least 4 quid  and it has a prawn puri my favorite
