That 10kg bag is the same price for 10 kgs bag at Makro here in Thailand - and when you think it would be cheaper NOT LIKELY!

a neighbourhood curry club! what a great way to get to know the neighbours. You should be able to find a reciepe or two on this site to get you lot cooking away.

I would think you may want to ditch  the celery and radish!!!

How long have you been using these 2 ingredients in your base curry - asking cause me thinks its unusual but everyone makes their own base / curry the way they like it

Hi Whandsy

I fry / stew down the onions, takes about 30 mins to cook then add the rest of the veg ie coriander carrot, spices cook for about 15 mins then followed by the water boil for an hour.
Let it go cold liquidise
