That looks ok but the menu seems to be food i have never heard of apart from the Pork Vindaloo.
My mission in life is to see a Prawn Madras being cooked and having a go.

Wouldn't mind seeing the Prawn Puree that you can get as a starter cooked as well, if you have not tried that check it out next time you order a takeaway.

Just to let you know i use Patak's Ginger and Patak's Garlic paste : in the jars, available in all Supermarkets.

Makes it a lot easier.

When i went their for my birthday its was ?20 and you got to cook your own then eat it.
The answer is there for ?20.

Good work Curry king, i hope everyone starts to post pictures of their creations....would be good to see what peeps are coming up with.

Might be worth someone purchasing tyhe e-book and putting it in the E-Book Download section so others can benefit.

I may even look at a donation fund to which people can contribute as much or as little as they want so over time we can purchase these e-books etc and put on here for free download.
