Ive done a few recipes for chops
Best so far is more or less the same recipe as if you were doing a chicken tikka
Give them a bash to tenderize them I also add to your tikka marinade minced green chilli and minced corianda
some carum seeds ( not too much can over power) and a slug of vinegar
Add salt 15 min before you cook

I Would say Tamarind and Tamarina would give you 2 differerent tastes
Tamarind as we know is a souring agent
Tamarina is a brand which is sweetend with a few spices and can be used as a dipping sauce

I made some this weekend and cooked a few but the ones I cooked the following day after being in the fridge I found were better
key points for me are to sieve the flour making sure not too dry
Knead for 10 min then rest for 45min then knead for 5min divide into balls then rest again

Anybody tried Dry Garlic chutney
It comes in a jar and looks like red coffee granules and has a great flavour
But as its new to me not to sure how to use it ( apart from a little sprinkle in a curry)
Anyone familiar with it

Balti  Pataks paste in the curry
I know we use them in marinades
Does any one else use them straight in to a curry wth success

made that rice last night and it was so simple and very tasty .
