Hi George  ;), I don't think they are Restaurant recipes, but Authentic Indian dishes. There`s a Prawn Curry, a Vindaloo, Punjabi Lamb, Tandoori Chicken, Kebabs , Naan Breads, Indian puddings..... You get the picture. I have sent off for it so I will let you know if its any good. At 99p+free p+p plus a free gift I just wondered who's making any money from it??   ??? ..regards..mike.  ;D

Hi Chris  ;), I tend to do a batch of base sauce and use it for everything, as you do get a large pot full of the stuff, so there is plenty to freeze for next time. When that runs out I might try another base recipe that gives me a freezer full.  ;D

I had a Vindaloo some years ago, and it was brought out to the table on such a trolley. It was spitting and glowing red hot, and that was before he lit the gas!!!  :o
