The next day the sauce with the extra Garlic tarka was amazing!!
I used 1/2 a tin of blended tinned toms in the base and I use 2 tablespoons of the same blended tinned toms in the curry.

Looks delicious Chewy.
Saag aloo is a firm fave of mine and I am loving all the lamb on here lately. Was looking in Tesco today for some but because it's Sunday there was nothing in the fridges.
