:)  Hiya Tomek and a very warm welcome to you.  I am sure we can help out with ingredients if you can't get some of them.  Oh and very impressive Chilli Prawn!

I find lemon fairy liquid works very well on worktops or fresh lemon or lime juice.  Just squeeze juice over the stain and leave for awhile, it should be done almost immediately after spillage.

Hi Nic02

Welcome to the forum!  Have you done a lot of Indian bir cooking in the past and what dishes are your favourite?  CQ

Hi Dragon,

So in that case then, if we are not using the already prepared garlic that is not so strong, we should be using less of the fresh garlic.  How much fresh garlic would you suggest? cq

Hi Slimboyfat,

Yes  I agree with you most look very clinical these days.  We used to use the Akash in Preston Street that came up with the goods.  Will definately try the Indiana.  How lucky are you living in the Marina!

Enjoy the festival, if its anything to go by, it is a subsiduary of the Chilli Festival in West Dean Brilliant!!  Not a lot of people on this forum know that as they havn't been.  Enjoy and let me know how you get on.  cq
