Have to agree, never bought any of his books, most of mine are freely sourced from the web, Regarding originallity, I find most recipes, either sourced from the web or elsewhere, are in some way remakes/tweaks from the original source. The question is, which remake/tweak you prefer to use.
Thanks bolinao, that would be my choice too, despite having used other recipes, with and without yeast, I personally only use H4ppy Chris's yeast free version. Can you clarify, were the naans yeast free and cooked on the stovetop, using a tava/tawa type utensil.

Hi folks The name Andy popped up in the previous topic. (How do you know when you are there) This attachment may, or may not, be compiled by the same person, but it makes for interesting reading. Maybe some longer serving members can enlighten us as to who he is.
