Have to agree, never bought any of his books, most of mine are freely sourced from the web,
Regarding originallity, I find most recipes, either sourced from the web or elsewhere, are in some way remakes/tweaks from the original source. The question is, which remake/tweak you prefer to use.

Thanks bolinao, that would be my choice too, despite having used other recipes, with and without yeast, I personally only use H4ppy Chris's yeast free version. Can you clarify, were the naans yeast free and cooked on the stovetop, using a tava/tawa type utensil.
