Lets Talk Curry / Barbie's naan

I'm just getting ready to put my leg of lamb on the spitroast of my barbie and I've had a brainwave. Anyone ever cooked a naan bread on the inside of the hood of the barbeque? Its pretty damn hot in there and I reckon it would work? If I had some naan dough I'd try it out. Might be an idea?

I always use leftover raost leg of lamb for my curries, works out really well.

Lots of oil, all purpose seasoning and not eating the curry straight after you've cooked it (your tastebuds are blasted) really helps. If you leave the curry for a few hours before you eat it you'll get that morish taste. Or get someone else to cook it for you!

I seem to recall I made a passable turkey vindaloo ages ago, I did a 'sprouts diabolo' too. I was restricted to a maximum of 30 feet from a toilet for about two days...

That description is my sister to a tee. I think your wife will love it. My sis has piccies of her on an elephant ride and all sorts. She said the prices are amazing so shopping will be a real experience.

My sister went there for a month two years ago. She said it was the best vacation she has ever taken.

Don't know if that helps but she said it was an amazing experience.
