You have a wok my friend - season it just bob some oil in and swish it around a bit and put a flame under it low/medium and it will darken - the more times you use it after that the blacker it will get - the problem is though after a while they do give off black bits - i give mine a scrub now with water then rub some oil over when its dry..

Watch that portable cooker - they can get a little hot under and around - dont be cooking on that nice new table they might ( and only might ) have a couple of scorch marks after a while - obviously depends how long you cook for etc etc -

I thought it was great this morning - ive just chopped onions for bhajis and then i was sat here making the noise - good job it was early and the wife didnt hear me - she would have thought i was on something

Ive cooked this curry2go version and its not dissimilar to ours here - its great has has the taste like many bir's Julian's version is a good version

Ive made this spice mix up twice now and its a very very good mix indeed - so much so - if you get any on your hands invariably i do it still has a great curry aroma
