Its quite obvious the man has passion for his curries and the restaurant he works in
And for the short time he has been on the forum it must be hard to work out the different personalities
and who to ignore
It's taken me a year

Just to show you how things can differ
my curries came out oily and I could spoon off excess oil
mine were cooked on a very high heat probably too much reduction
early days yet still experimenting
