Well i made a korma last night using panpots base

took 3 ladels of base heated it up in pan smelt lovely i may add

added cream to taste.......but was nowhere near a BIR korma

so added teaspoon of coconut cream teaspoon of almond powder and half a teaspoon of condensed milk

turned out really really good

Dont wanna be a grump ,

but why are we all trying to change what is after all a true BIR base.

Shouldnt we all just try and adjust our own spicing to suit rather than change a base, otherwise what is the point of someone taking the time to get us a recipe.

Once again not trying to pour scorn on your plans,

it turned out as you rightly say raelly spot on...

the garlic/ginger paste as well

not tried to cook the onion paste as yet that is tomorrow
