It is quite a simple recipe,
chicken cut into strips,
squirt lemon juice, leave for about 15 mins, add tspoon g/g, ts turmeric and ts paprika, mix and coat chicken
Heat griddle pan
Dust chicken lightly with flour
Fry
Simple but tasty
