Well I went to the Mahaan last night, and it was really good, up there with the best I have been too.  Look forward to trying the others at some point!

Made this last night Emin, really was excellent.  I almost doubled the ginger, and put extra chilli powder in, along with two dried home grown chillies. 
Did you make up this recipe??

May find this useful.  Despite the journalist copying the cooking with the chef to guide him, he still thinks the chef's is better - so technique playing it part

I got a tagine ages ago, and trying to get into using it.  But some similarities with the spices they use with indian dishes so a lot of the stuff I already have in the kitchen

Hey T63 on your recommendation I have just made your favourite for tomorrow night - leaving overnight to hopefully take on a little more flavour.  To everyone else - my first post although have been a member for a bit!
