Very tender lambs liver crispy bacon, black pudding large onion rings served on a bed of proper mash potatoes nice not to rich onion gravy

You can't beat a nightcap of whiskey I also have a nightcap of whiskey my favourite one is Jura original a small nip before going to bed purely medicinal

I have recently took to drinking real ale and I must say after mainly drinking lager
For many a year I've surprised myself by enjoying different types of real ale I've found that once you aquire the taste it's rather addictive LOL. Here is one such tipple I enjoy

I have use it twice now it seems to be cooked longer until the onions have dropped I don't think it's blended! Tastes ok more like pataks IMO
but nothing like your average home made BIR gravy
