Different spellings, a bit like how BIRs don't agree on whether it is Chat or chaat or chatt. Different regions, different spellings.

On Wikipedia you will find a handful of other spellings for this fruit, e.g:

Citrus macroptera commonly called "Melanesian papeda",[1] "wild orange",[2] "cabuyao" or "satkara"[3] is a semi-wild species of citrus native to Malesia and Melanesia.[2] Some authorities consider C. macroptera to be a taxonomic synonym of C. hystrix (kaffir lime).

A cultivar of C. macroptera var. annamensis known as 'Sat Kara',[6] is grown primarily in the Sylhet Division of northeastern Bangladesh where it is called "hatkora" or "shatkora" (Sylheti: ?????? Bengali: ??????).

Ah, same brand I was using before my recent batch of tilda, but never got the plain rice looking as white as in your pictures.

Thanks pr0tax.

Looks mighty fine Rob. I'm going to have a go at it with chicken sometime later.

I've bought some ajwain seeds a few weeks ago but never got around to use them. Now reading your recipe, reminds me that this may be the "herbal" flavour that I noticed in the pakoras from my local that I wasn't able to pin point before.

How is naan flour different to the regular one?

Thanks pr0tax, I didn't try the recipe yet. I like the recipe's method and the looks of your dishes though -- sorry if I confused.

What brand of rice are you using?

It's a shame it didn't work for you SC. I had mine marinating for 2-3 days and, I only used breasts as well. The only things I didn't use was black salt and white pepper.

I would imagine so, based on what I saw in the video... although these guys certainly use the big tubs of the stuff. :)
