I agree does look low even with all the other liquid. 60 portions of a typical 300ml sauce is 18litres so there's a big disparity? 4.5 litres equates to just 75ml of base per portion?

George I doubt that leaving the EU and coming out of free movement of people from within Europe will have much impact on people from India Pakistan or Bangladesh etc since the last time I looked they weren't in Europe?

Guys

do you peel your tomatoes or not? Sometimes if i use cherry tomatoes the skins come off and separate and sit in the sauce and they are not very appealing.
