Cheer CH

It's your recipe i used everything to spec even the all purpose seasoning was added the only thing i did is chopped the fresh garlic as i don't like big pieces of the stuff and obviously no fresh chillies got to say it's a really tasty dish you have  posted would recommend it to anyone who likes heat in there curries.

Hi all

Having seen CH's latest pictures i thought i'd give a phall a try i have never had one before and thought it would be to hot for me but this was spot on a bit of a runny nose and lips are still tingling but apart from that it was perfect. It wasn't a curry that was just heat it tasted great aswell i used chewy's base and razors spice mix. The only thing i would say is that i didn't have any birdseye chillies so that could be the reason it wasn't to hot for me.

Hi Colin

The recipe I use for the Achari is a variation on chewys which is in the video section I use a tablespoon of pickled mango and the same of pickled jalapenos the pathia is a variation on Stephen lyndsays I use less lemon and add tamrini sauce to mine to add the savory sourness

Thanks for the comments. CH i have found a use for the tamarini i got for the NIS in the pathia to use for the sourness there is a recipe cant remember off my head whos it is that uses tamarind desolved with coconut that gave me the idea tamarina works well for me as missus doesn't  like the coconut tatse she sometimes gets when we eat out depending on the chef thats on.

Hi Ramirez

The achari recipes is chewytikka's which can be found in the video section don't think there is a recipe anywhere else for it i just changed the type of pickle to suit my own tastes the pathia is just a standard out of the recipe thread.
This is the achari how i make it

1tsp g/g paste
pre fried onion and pepper
1tsp mix powder
1tsp deggi mirch
1tsp methi leave
1/2tsp amchor powder
salt
base sauce
1tbsp chopped mango pickle
1tbsp pickled jalapeno
