Looks great Phil. I don't use lamb nearly often enough in my curries.

Nor me but after my last batch of mutton I shall be from now on.

Complete the Jhal-Zala challenge on Saturday and it was a fantastic curry.  Met Adey too, a very nice chap.  Will post some pics soon.  Now proud to be on Curried Aways wall of Flame!!

Well done but why 4 days to post? Could it be you could not stray far enough from smallest room to access computer?  ;)

That leaves curryhell and Admin Stew?  :(

and fried. I assumed Rob had already given fried his recipe?  :-\

Judging by the reply above it suggest not. be nice ( if he wants ) if you perhaps give fried something to do and a bit of an extension on time?

Confused? You wont be after the next episode of. . . . . ;D

Does this mean you're going for a 3rd attempt Ruby?  :P

I have had enough of two pan jobs for a while.

p.s. nice to see the word twot.  ;D thats how my family and friends grew up pronouncing twat.  ;)

There is a joke there somewhere. Something about a guy with a slight speech impediment going to buy a horse? Don't ask me to repeat it if you haven't heard it but it did involve lifting the tail a bit.  ;)

Hang on, I'm a tad confused here.  :o

RD cooks CT's RJ recipe twice and says he didnt like the tomato topping.
He then mentions to CT that he didnt see the tomato in the video?? (presumably RD meant Nihari video?)
But then CT pastes two pics from the RJ video and RD apologises for missing the video?  :o Ehh?  ;D

And CT was set the task of cooking one of his own dishes?  ???

Not quite right  ;) as follows.

RD is set CT's 2 pan RJ.
RD cooks it twice but being a twot leaves out the tomato from the second pan ( remember there is no written recipe , I was just referred to the video put on by CT for this purpose and jotted down the instructions obviously minus tomatoes.
RD then feeds back that he loves the first pan but was left cold by the second pan.
RD accepts he is a plonker - job done.

Yes - RD set CT his own Nihari to cook. I did this because I fancied it but could not find the recipe.

The screen shots above are from the RJ video not a nihari one.

Are you keeping up with this ........................?   :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D    ;)

Hi CT have you got a link for your Rogan Josh recipe please. Done a search but found nothing.
Thanks.

Reply 19 Page 2.  Link to the video. There is no written recipe as far as I am aware.  ;)
