Thank You for the removal.
I had little interest in it at the time as the thread was derailed
by the resident Troll and I did not, download, read it, or comment.

I read it this time around, and found reference to a couple of my recipes which were wrong.
Anybody can cut and paste any recipe and keep it original as it was meant and written.

Tandoori Dishes / Re: Tandoori Hut

Thanks Guys, The Hut has always been great, but since the refurb
its even more of an external kitchen.

Bought a couple of spring chickens and leg meat today, marinating later,
Full Tandoori chucks and Kebabs, cooking tommorow.

MP, an Apron NO, sometimes a Top Hat and Parchute. ;D ;D

Storage / Re: Reusing cooking oil

Just reuse the poppadom oil for anything, as its less contaminated than Bhaji oil.

Filter the Bhaji oil and reuse two or three times for Bhajis then recycle.

Hi Andy/Meggeth
Can you update your .pdf please and remove any reference to me (chewytikka)
and my recipes, mainly because they have been edited and are inaccurate.

If your going to compile other peoples recipes without permission
and then publish, at least you could get them right.

Not happy with this at all.
Thank You

Lovely sunny afternoon, but blowing a hooly outside.
Cooking Chicken Tikka for later and some Galouti Sheek.

Boti Tikka Marinade

In the oven, around 350' or less

Done - 12 mins

Out - Off - and In the bowl.

Juicy Flavoured Chicken.

Normal Tikka for starters and Galouti.

N.B. The way I used to do it before the Hut. published circa 2012.

USE this recipe -110% flavour Bomb. The way I was taught and done thirty years ago in BIR.
Lots of shortcuts these days with less ingredients, especially cheaper Take-Aways.

My thoughts were i tennis ball size bhaji would make about six bhaji nibbles,

Your verging on trivia mickyp

Just use a Tablespoon, for a portion measure. simples ;)

Not bothered either way who joins, lurks or supposedly returns to cR0, as it is a free and open forum.
It would be nice to think they bring new and original content with them, to add to this resource.
But I doubt that to be the case as the Les Jones (CA) site was a blatant copy of cR0 in the first place.
Furthermore he did not break any original ground with it, just a load of expats trying to make a curry they remember eating somewhere over the rainbow.

How many of the refugees are expats and how many cR0 membars are still members of CAs site and are paying to be remainers there.

CA did do an enjoyable video of him trying to make Pilau rice
Worth a watch
