I have a question for you

recently you thought the Glasgow base was amazing, and you are from down south I believe?

do you still use the Glasgow base or a different base now?

if so why?

when diluted I got 7 litres out of it - just diluted at the end until a thin watery soup

I just guessed that - made until consistency of a thin soup

quarter of a standard block of coconut is what I used - I used pride

Didn't think that base used cinnamon, cloves or bay leaf? I make the Glasgow base all the time, never seen that in the recipe?

Made this to spec, sorry but nothing special, I believe bb1 mentioned the melting of the onions which I do with the Glasgow base, obviously a regional thing

Hi Rob, when u mix your paste do you just use yoghurt? and that spicy pakora mix in the background, any good?

pataks is stinking, homemade takes longer, the botti is really nice, you should get some and try it
