Hi there i bought a stoning plate for an oven , my oven only goes to 250 hot , u think it will work? , anyone got the best recipes for garlic nanbread ?

ok i tried and failed, rice was cooked but not the distinct flavour of a scottish BIR - foto below lol

i am again trying this recipe, this time with the exact recipe and measurements, i have added 2 green cardomons, 2 cloves , little bit of turmeric for the colour and 1 star anise, got the timer on so will see how it goes this time !

ok i tried this recipe, i have an electric cooker at the moment , its horrible lol, cant wait to move again, i tried the times suggested , 8.5 mins each , wasnt long enough but it looked ok, next time i will add cardomons and also cloves plus turmeric as i prefer yellow pilau rice like Glasgow indian restaurants, i think 10 mins should do it for electric ! ps - first time i tried it i doubled the ingredients

ok mick is correct - i stay above a BIR - Takeaway - food is amazing - Now they put 2 chef spoons of sauce and extra stuff in the madras they made me , i noticed methi which was last in the pot and wot looked like a mixture of spices and looked like 2 tablespoons worth , i may be a newbie ~( CA ) but have been eating curries for years , i live in Scotland , Glasgow , and i know u aint from here lol, so enjoy reading the posts lol , ps Glasgow has been voted the top curries place on earth for a good few yrs !! its all about Heat, i have watched them cook, its got to be alot of heat !!! youtube will show u , i asked the guy below me, he wont give it up lol
