1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
quarter teaspoon of bicarbonate soda
half teaspoon of salt
tablespoon of cumin seeds
teaspoon of tumeric
2 cups of gram flour - sifted through a sieve

mix all the above ingredients and add a little water until you get a batter like consistency

now add farm foods frozen chicken tikka pieces and place in hot oil at 170 . take off after 5 mins . let rest for 1 min then back into the oil for 1 min at 190 .

this is really amazing - i tried it last night !

ok to break it down for you do the below

3 onions from asda or morrisons
chop into small pieces
put into a bowl and squirt tomato ketchup over them till them are covered - add 1 teaspoon of colemans mint sauce and a pinch of salt - mix thoroughly
now add 1 table spoon of mango chutney and mix thoroughly
add 1 teaspoon of red colour and mix - put in fridge for 1 hr and eat with poppadums

ps - yes 15 grams of chilli powder and its not too much trust me - unless u cant handle the spice lol

best way to cook chicken breast is slice it into long thin strips then boil a kettle , when boiled pour the water over the chicken bits and then turn the gas on the pan , cooks in 3 - 4 mins and will be extremely tender and juicy !!! , cooking the ckicken in the curry aint that nice as the chicken flavour then develops in the sauce !!! add the chicken at the end !!!
