Yes the Tikka has a spot of red colouring in it but you can easily leave it out it most definitely won't effect the taste it's just a visual additive OK.

Erm Indians like to drive BMW's and Mercs out of our money by rippin us off dishing out CTM made with tomato soup that's why you won't see them in Poland they prefer it here Britains No1 dish and all that Bollucks know what I mean phew

Yep I agree
but once you get the knack of using the absorption method you won't do it any other way I always use this method there is a definate difference in taste to the final product.

I have to agree with you believe me my friend I have tried all combinations for gettin this recipe right and you are currently eating the Best Tikka recipe on this forum at the moment Oh yes.
But hey who knows someone may come up with a better recipe in the future lets hope so eh  :D
