Hi
DO. Hahaha that is what it is not the 93 is readily available if you google but remember to add JSP 404. It is a read only mess. Even the great Phil could not clean it up and that was just the few pages of the Gurkha part. I stress DO NOT try to print it.
There is a small one from another edition on hear to down load but this site is such a mess I can't find it. Please visit the Gurkha museum and buy there copy as a thank you.
I have found they are both in CR members offers (previously titled Cup Cakes and all things sweet) e-books & down loads.

Hi
Pataks did not invent curry paste, they saw an existing market they could supply. It's not there fault they became the brand leader.

Curry Base Chat / Re: Balti...................

Hi
TastySpice. You are indeed chasing the holy grail as most people have never had a Balti House experience. I would recommend you read a little piece written on its history by the local labour MP to get a better insite. The best you may find on most curry sites is the odd reference but realistically it's usually sold by most BIR's as an addition to there menu and is nothing more than base with balti paste added.

Hi
George. They are posts I've seen dropped into the wrong threads by others (not me) I've reported to Admin but nothing has been done. You would not start to look for pre cooked BIR lamb in the "talk about anything other than curry" would you but thanks for the clarification.
