You don't have to cook them till they are frazzled but they do taste great. I will try a few more recipes though. Not one to pass up on a bit of cooking :)

I have used a few mix powders but I find Abdul's 8 spice suits my taste the best.

Also Naga which Chaat masala do you use. I have some in (Shan is the brand I have) I want to have a go at Chicken Chaat and wondered how else I could use the mix and what flavour it adds. I haven't opened the box yet :)

I have tried it with puree and it's just too metallic for me so I use blended tinned tomatoes :) usually 2 tablespoons.
