cheers Phil, its a good site if you click on all the links and have a look around. Sadly the main man who organised a lot of this stuffPeter Grove  passed away last year. i never knew of him but it seems he did a lot of work for the curry scene!

Went to Paks in Rotherham (now called Sprouts) and was glad to see that they stock many Laziza products in different sizes including the obvious, tikka boti, tandoori, kashmiri pastes it also stocks the following chutneys in jars, plum, mint, mixed fruit, coriander like the one below

Hi MBC, interesting, would you then use less oil in teh actual curry itself. If so how much oil per portion in total do you think it ends up with?
