hi balloo mate yes i freeze it regularly not much good for using in a salad but works well to had to a  curry , you could also try chopping it mixing it with butter or ghee making it in to a roll kinda shape store in the fridge or freezer and cut of peaces as you need it :-) ( Ivan )

well i can honestly say to any 1 who as trouble making bir nan or chapatis just follow chris vid and formula tis full prof the mrs and my self had a crack at making both types of bread last night for the 1st time ever it worked spot on so thanks again chris for doing the vid and working out the formula for us all mate well done chris ( sorry about no pics of the said fab breads but no camera :-) ty ( ivan ) ;D

hi andy it may be that your not frying ur spices off Long enough mate i mix my mix powder with water to make a paste then fry it off after i have fried the onions and garlic/ginger paste , or it could be that you may need some fresher spices mate as they get old they tend to dry out and loose there aroma and flavour leaving and powder taste . help this helps ( ivan )
