cory, have you tried grinding the fenugreek leaves to a powder and using that? would it alter the final mix?

maybe we are closer to the BIR than you think, personally I think food you cook and food that is cooked for you differs slightly. just a thought.

i ve wondered if its anything to do with the heat.. you cant get the same high flame temp on a home cooker than you can on an industrial cooker.

Hi gaz, i would say that up until now of the dishes i have tried CA`s Jalfrazi has to be my favourite, I would rate it about 9 out of 10.. im saving the 10/10 mark for the ultimate dish lol

a non non-stick is not a non-stick wok.. now say that fast after a few beers lol i will rephrase it.. i have a large non-stick wok and a smaller wok that is not a non stick wok.. and that's the wok the seasoning is flaking off.
