That looks good littlechilie it looks perfect to have with a couple of pints.

The original background music was Indian music! I've used this one as a rush job will look for something different next time.

I think it's working now, I have changed the background music , I think that was the problem but not sure. Thank you everyone for your help. I intend to do some more videos in the near future  It's just a simple marinade video, it works for me, just to get me started on here.

My version of masala sauce is really easy to make up and cook and as been around for at least 30 years and in my opinion it's pretty good ! And believe me I've eaten quite a few over the years

This is not a coconut sweet type masala you are often served in a restaurant! It's fairly spicy but of medium heat! And consists of a yoghurt  base red spicy sauce when added to your normal base makes this fantastic curry! I'm intending doing a short video on how to make it very soon so please keep checking the video section.
