I had a fish curry once, I was working in a bir
doing repairs and i was given a fish curry to try.

It was very nice, he just used a tin of
fish (like sardines) as he was just trying it out.

The fish went very well with the Bhuna
type sauce, the chef wanted to know what i thought.

Never see it on a Bir menu, but when i talk to other Bir
owners about it they seem to know exactly what i am talking about,

more than i do !!

Hay !!

Quick we should use our new found fame,
lets make a record.

we  may even get on  "top of the pots"   ;D

I have just measured mine and its
142 ml or 5 fl.oz

I normally use two ladles of base sauce for
one person.

just had a google and found they come in
1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 oz capacity the 5 fl.oz one i have
is listed on a site to.

The ones i have seen in bir kitchens look 5fl.oz or more.

I fold the bag then use a peg to keep it closed.

I have a second fridge in the garage and store
my spice there, nice and dark and cold.

However i am no sure if its very
cost effective and plan to down size
my spices soon.
