here's Chewy's mix powder

My mixed powder at the moment :-
2  tsp Madras Curry Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
0.5 tsp Garam Masala or Kitchen King

you don't need a pressure cooker mate, just use a pan with a lid and double the time

Made this yesterday, and thought i would video it and share it with you.

4kg Onions.
4 chefs spoons of oil.
2 chefs spoons G&G 50/50.
1 Carrot.
half small Cabbage.
1 Tbsp Salt.
Peace of Cassia bark and 3 Bay leaves.

2.5 Tbsp mix powder.

2 Tbsp curry powder (mild madras)
2 Tbsp corriander powder.
2 Tbsp turmeric powder.
1 Tbsp paprika powder.
1 Tbsp cumin powder.
1 Tsp chilli powder.
