Lets Talk Curry / Re: Really noddy noob type question!
January 22, 2007, 10:08 PM
Hi i am sorry no was has given you help
with this question, even i dont know.
But I would think the final dish would be for one person,
however the curry base would be made to complete
many single Curry's.
I can only suggest you read the info and
have a go at cooking and come back with
your results.
I don't know who has cooked Bruice Edwards
curries but don't forget lots of other stuff on this site too.
Regards graeme.

No not taking the pee but i think
the rest was.
we had a good night anyway and found
it very very funny, to be fair i dont know if they
made it them selves or bought it in, so
it could have been real indian ice cream
what ever that is, does it exsist ??
The bubble gum...some one should tell them Eh,
very funny all the same and a great night.
Regards Graeme.

Hi,
We once had some real indian ice cream,
it came with a little ball of bubble gum at the
bottom of the indian plastic cup.
Still I found it funny

Lets Talk Curry / Re: Peoples perception of the BIR taste-10 year curry house experience

Hi,
Great post Andy.
I do find that the colour makes a big difference to the dish, if its red it could taste like tom soup (and often does) however dark vindaloos have a good chance of tasting stronger
and having that fresh tandoori type smell.
So out of all the vindaloos i have in newcastle i tend to enjoy the darker ones and never go back to the red tomato soup takeaways.
colour does seem matter to my taste buds.
Regards Graeme.
