ok i made the garlic and ginger paste last night, later today i am going to make the bunjarra and then i will make the base this evening for a curry tomorrow and will report back with pics

yeah razor its more of a Glasgow thing pakora sauce, i have been in england and even scotland where you get the pickles and other stuff with poppadums, but this red sauce is to die for

@ bickerton - i doubt they are better than Glasgow BIR's but i will travel and sample your lovely takeaway next month and report back mate

morrisons also do them , they have the nuts which u can grind and also the powder as i bought sum last week for a korma i made
