Hi martin

I've seen as many recommending pineapple as not, for my forst attempt i used pineapple and like you i found biting into the pineapple chunk gav a great rush of sweetness which really complimented the dish!

Hi Guys

Anyone tried these Bhatoora breads before, seen them in the Curry Secret - Khris Dillons book and they look mighty fine.

I must say that this is a great quick and easy curry to do! I did it again the other night and held it on high heat with the g and g, tom puree and spices in for a little longer than usual as an experiment and it got lovely and dark and quite stickyish. I was panicking a bit but with plenty of oil and the g and g pureed in oil with a bit of water i thought it would be safe. Anyhow it turned out great even with normal chilli powder (Kashmiri Mirch on its way). Thank CT another winner in my household!! Probably need a little more base?!? Can't wait for the Kashmiri powder to come and try that!
:) :P
