Cheers Jerry.

Just had pizza tonight. Haven't had it for a while, as I've been on a curry quest since finding this site.

Heres another good source of info:

A looooong marination in the freezer works wonders everytime.

Glad you enjoyed your own dish as much as the T/A  :)

you will be able to pay for it when its get coped and sold on ebay

You old skeptic you, unclebuck.

As if................ :)   Anyone who did such a thing would be deemed to be a downright bounder.

Seriously. If CA wants to do this.........PLEASE let him do it.

You will never be able to stop scumbags from trying to earn an illicit dollar, but why should we all suffer. There are LOADS of fantastic recipes on this site, from people who care enough to take the time to share them with us.

If CA is willing to take the (un-paid) time to compile these recipes into some sort of E-book, then, LET IT HAPPEN!!

Just curious if anyone has given this a go yet?

A mate of mine is coming round to ours next Thursday and we are going to cook up a batch of base gravy (he wants to see it done....in the flesh so to speak)

I have cooked up CA's and Cewy's base gravy's and they have both produced excellent results with the final curry dish.

I'm tempted to try Julians base, but don't want to complicate matters too much if my novice mate is here to learn. I know Julian stresses the point that we really do need all that oil and very little water to make the proper BIR taste, but as I said, I am very happy with the bases I've already made up.

I'm very interested to hear opinions of anyone who has made C2GO base.

Cheers Mick

I'm a real pizza head, which is why I chose to build a pizza oven rather than a tandoor.

You cannot beat simple pizza cooked in a wood fired oven.

AND

Pizza dough lashed with extra virgin olive oil and LOADS of garlic is the food of the gods IMHO!! :)

Unclebuck, our local pizza takeaway does pizzas on puff pastry, and it is VERY nice I must admit.

If it will be truly free for all to download then i would say go for it, personally i don't have many recipes on here and wouldn't mind them being used. If on the other hand there was any money changing hands i would say no.
I thought this too but then had a further thought which may be worth discussing.  If such an e book did eventually materialise, would it be a bad idea to charge a nominal fee of

Great idea CA.

Like Geezah, I wouldn't be able to contribute any recipes, as the only worthwhile recipes I know are the ones I have gained from this forum. I am more than happy to test out as many as possible though.... ;) :D

I really have to give credit where it's due.

I've cooked this recipe at least 10 times in the last few weeks. This recipe inspired me to do more. Everyone that has tried it loves it. You simply cannot buy a curry as good as this in Perth.

THANKS CA!!  :)
